Our wedding packages, explained plainly

We have four packages, and it's normal to struggle at first to see how they differ. This Journal explains them in plain words: what each one covers, who it's for, and how they're different. No prices — those go in the quote we build for your date, because no two weddings are the same.

First, one single question

Before you look at the packages, answer one thing: do you want photography, film, or both? Everything else follows from that. They're two different crafts and they do different jobs; we explain it separately in photography, film, or both. Once that answer is clear, the package almost chooses itself.

The four packages

1. Photography + Film — everything

This is our complete work, for the couple who doesn't want to choose and doesn't want to miss anything.

It includes the pre-wedding session (photographs and a short film), full photo coverage of the day, the full wedding film of around forty minutes, and a one-minute trailer for social media. Two photographers, three cinematographers and an assistant come along: plenty of people covering, so nothing slips by. We start while you're getting ready and stay until the party is over. You receive everything online and on a USB, plus a gallery to view and download.

Who it's for: the couple who wants the day told both ways, and well covered.

2. Photography Only — the whole day in photographs

The complete wedding in photographs, from morning to the last dance. It includes the pre-wedding session, full-day coverage, two photographers and a lighting assistant, and the online gallery to view and download, plus the USB.

Who it's for: those for whom the photographs are what they'll hang on the wall and look at every day, and that's enough.

3. Film Only — the film, no photographs

The film of your wedding and nothing else. It includes the pre-wedding film, the full wedding film of around forty minutes, the one-minute cinematic trailer, and three cinematographers covering the whole day.

Who it's for: those who want to hear the day again — the laughter, the toast, the voice shaking during the vows — which a photograph can't keep.

4. Photography — Basic — the essentials

The simplest option. One photographer, coverage of the ceremony and the best of the day, and a curated set of the finest photographs. Delivery is digital, through an online gallery.

It has two differences worth understanding well, because they're the ones that confuse people most:

• It starts at the ceremony, not while you're getting ready. The other three begin earlier, as you're dressing.
• It's one photographer and shorter coverage.

Who it's for: the civil ceremony, a small wedding, or anyone who wants professional photographs of the key moment without full-day coverage.

What nearly all of them share

So there's no doubt, three things that are the same in the larger packages:

• Long coverage, from getting ready. Twelve hours, beginning as you dress. (The exception is Basic, which starts at the ceremony.)
• Delivery in 30 working days, both photographs and film. It's a real deadline, in writing.
• An online gallery to view and download, and on the three larger ones, the USB as well.

Questions we always get

When does coverage start? From when you're getting ready, except for Basic. And we stay until the party is over.

How long until delivery? Thirty working days. Promising less is easy; delivering it isn't.

Do you travel? Do you shoot destination weddings? Yes, we film all over the world with our own gear. For a wedding outside Paraguay we put together a quote with the logistics included.

Can you build a custom package? Yes. If none of the four fits quite right, write to us and we'll shape it around what you have in mind.

And the prices
