Terms of use

Every image and every film you see here was made by us, and copyright protects them from the moment they exist. Being published doesn't make them free: publishing isn't giving away.

Look at them as often as you like. Share a link to any page. Show them to your mother and your wedding planner. That's what they're published for.

Download them and repost them as your own. Use them to promote another business. Crop out the credit. Sell them. Train artificial intelligence models on them.

For anything else, ask us. We almost always say yes: all we want is to know where it's going and that it says whose it is.

The people you see in these photographs gave us permission to publish them. That permission is for our portfolio and it doesn't extend to anyone else.

If you're in a photograph and you want it taken down, write to us and it comes down. You don't have to explain why.

The name The Wedding Paraguay, the words and the design are ours too. The code isn't, entirely: the site is built with open source tools, and each one carries its own license.

Any prices you see are a guide and they change. Nothing on this site is a quote or a contract.

What we agree, we agree in writing and signed — and that piece of paper outranks anything this page says.

We do what we can to keep it standing and to keep it accurate, but we promise neither. It's a shop window: if it's down for an hour, or a date has gone stale, nobody loses anything. The things that matter you settle with us.

This site sends you to third party services, WhatsApp among them. Once you're there they're in charge: their rules, their terms and their problems aren't ours to manage.

This site is run from Asunción and Paraguayan law governs it.
